At KPI Consulting, we help organisations optimise their team's performance in sales, customer service and cash collections by developing their leaders, improving the 'understanding' of their training & streamlining their processes.

Specializing in Contact Centres, Collections Strategies, Process Improvement, Leadership Development and Team Motivation, we work within all business sectors, specifically customer service/support call centres, local authorities, the Health Service Executive and financial services organisations improving performance and reducing costs. About Dara Kiernan

I am Dara Kiernan and after 20 years leading, and developing, high performance teams in the IT, Finance and Security industries, I decided to help other organisations achieve the successes that I have experienced in my career.

I am an international leadership and credit management speaker, and a regular MC for industry awards and corporate events.

Since 2018, I have helped local authorities increase their collections performance and make annual cost savings by improving their processes and implementing cost effective system enhancements in their credit control contact centre.

I have improved collections performances and implemented new systems into financial services providers which have dramatically increased their productivity. I have worked with contact centres in a number of sectors improving their customer service, and have worked with the HSE leading their Covid-19 response plan.

The teams I have worked with have consistently achieved and surpassed their required targets, and have been recognised within their industries as the best in the business. Since 2011, my teams have received 8 industry Team Of The Year awards, and I have been honoured with 5 industry Manager/Consultant Of The Year awards.

I hold a Masters Degree in Financial Services from UCD, a Diploma in Credit Management & Collections from Griffith College, a Diploma in Employment Law from The Law Society of Ireland, and numerous certificates including Data Protection and Consumer Credit to name just a couple. I am also a certified MS Excel Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a qualified trainer.

I have been involved in the Irish comedy scene for more than 20 years, and I’m the founding owner & MC of Gorey Comedy Club for the past 14 years. During lockdown, when all live events needed to close, I continued my passion for comedy by creating the Car Boot Quiz, an interactive comedy quiz, which we broadcast free of charge every month, and provide as a service to some of our clients.

I am also a passionate but challenged golfer (probably like a lot of us) and enjoy watching a number of sports, mostly American Football (strange, but true). Given the recent performances of the New York Giants, I would gladly offer my services to them! Most definitely within the backroom and not on the field!
